1. Effective Date

These Terms of Service are effective on May 22, 2026. They apply when you access or use Snap CV.

2. About Snap CV

Snap CV is a social networking PWA for profiles, friends, messaging, snaps, stories, voice messages, games, map features, referral links, and related community tools.

3. Developer/Owner

Snap CV is developed and operated by the owner of wrightsmind.com. WrightsMind is the developer and owner reference site for the service.

4. No Affiliation

Snap CV is not affiliated with Snap Inc., Snapchat, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Apple, or any other social media platform unless explicitly stated. Third-party names identify services, integrations, devices, or platforms and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough under the laws that apply to you to use Snap CV. You may use Snap CV only if you can legally agree to these Terms and comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Accounts and User Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, credentials, profile information, messages, uploaded media, and activity. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and do not let others misuse your account. Notify Snap CV if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. User Content

You are responsible for text, images, videos, voice messages, stories, profile information, referrals, reports, links, social handles, websites, and other content you submit. Do not upload or share content unless you have the right to do so. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Snap CV the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, and secure it as part of the service.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Snap CV to:

  • Break the law or encourage illegal activity.
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, stalk, or defame others.
  • Impersonate another person, business, organization, public figure, or Snap CV representative.
  • Send spam, scams, fraudulent offers, manipulative engagement, or malware.
  • Share phishing links, malicious links, deceptive redirects, unsafe downloads, or scam websites.
  • Doxx people or publish private information without permission.
  • Upload content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Bypass security, scrape data, disrupt the service, or access accounts or systems without permission.

9. Zero-Tolerance Content Rules

Snap CV has zero tolerance for nudity, sexual exploitation, racism, hate speech, threats, harassment, and illegal activity.

  • No nudity or sexually explicit content.
  • No sexual content involving minors in any form.
  • No exploitation, grooming, abuse, sexualization, or endangerment of minors.
  • No racism, hate speech, hateful symbols, or attacks on protected characteristics.
  • No harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, or coordinated abuse.
  • No violence, violent threats, praise of violence, or incitement.
  • No illegal activity, trafficking, weapons sales, controlled substance sales, or criminal coordination.
  • No impersonation, spam, scams, phishing, malware, or platform manipulation.
  • No doxxing or non-consensual intimate content.
  • No copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations.

10. Messaging, Snaps, Stories, Voice, Games, Map, and Location

Snap CV may provide direct messages, snaps, stories, voice messages, games, map features, location sharing, presence indicators, reactions, and notifications. Use these features responsibly. Location sharing is optional and may include controls such as Ghost Mode or friend-only sharing. You should not share private, dangerous, or misleading location information.

11. Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement

Snap CV may review reports, restrict features, remove content, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, remove unsafe links or profiles, disable location sharing, block abusive activity, and take other steps needed to protect users, the public, and the service. Moderation may not catch every violation immediately.

12. Reporting Abuse

Use in-app reporting tools or email [email protected] to report abuse, safety issues, illegal content, impersonation, privacy violations, spam, or intellectual property concerns. Reports are not shown publicly to the reported user.

13. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Snap CV may preserve and disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, the public, or the service. Illegal abuse, exploitation, threats, or serious safety issues may be reported to appropriate authorities. Snap CV intends to cooperate with valid law enforcement requests.

14. Account Suspension/Termination

Snap CV may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety or legal risk, abuse other users, or interfere with the service. You may stop using Snap CV at any time and may request account deletion through app controls or support.

15. Intellectual Property

Snap CV, including its software, design, name, interface, and original service content, is owned by Snap CV or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, modify, lease, reverse engineer, or misuse Snap CV except as allowed by law or written permission.

16. Third-Party Services

Snap CV may use third-party services for login, email delivery, SMS verification, hosting, storage, databases, maps, tiles, security, diagnostics, and other operations. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

17. App/PWA/Home Screen Use

Snap CV may be installed or used as a Progressive Web App from a browser or home screen. Browser, device, app store, and operating system rules may also apply. Features can vary by device, browser, network, and permission settings.

18. Disclaimers

Snap CV is provided "as is" and "as available." Snap CV does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect moderation, permanent availability, or complete security.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap CV and its owners, operators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruptions arising from use of the service.

20. Changes to Terms

Snap CV may update these Terms as the service changes. If changes are material, Snap CV may provide notice in the app, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page.
